Welcome to TubeSalt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TubeSalt website and TubeSalt Thumbnails (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TubeSalt, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
ButterCut and ButterCut Pro are separate products with their own terms and license, available at buttercut.io.
TubeSalt Thumbnails helps YouTube creators design AI-generated thumbnails. With your permission, the Service uses your channel data to build and refine thumbnail images.
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
3.3. You must immediately notify TubeSalt of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. You agree not to:
a) Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.
c) Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.
5.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TubeSalt, LLC and its licensors.
5.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6.1. Certain features of the Service are provided for a fee. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
6.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated at checkout.
7.1. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at andrew@tubesalt.com.
7.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
8.1. TubeSalt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
9.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
9.2. TubeSalt does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TubeSalt, LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
TubeSalt reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
